This step in the tutorial creates a Product Flow Diagram for the Moved Shed example found in the example PBP file: ShedExampleACT00.PBP.
The following steps take you through the creation of the Product Flow Diagram (PFD) | |
---|---|
View the PFD |
Select the PFD tab. You will see your products shown as yellow rectangles. The products can be moved to the right side of the PFD by pushing the down arrow to the right of Layout on the menu bar and selecting 'Move Unused' from the drop-down menu. Note: Sometimes products in the PFD are stacked on top of each other. Use 'Move Unused' to show all of the products. If you can't see the product you are looking for, select the product in the Product Checklist, this will select the product rectangle in the PFD and make it easier to see. |
Rearrange the top and bottom products |
|
Locate and move the Rotten Pieces product | Select and move the Rotten Pieces product to match the PFD for the Moved Shed example in the example file: ShedExampleACT00.PBP |
Create a link from the Old Shed product to the Rotten Pieces product |
Note: The arrow is green to indicate that the link is selected and may be deleted. When you select another link the arrow will become black. |
Add the links for all other products | Continue to link all of the other products together to match the Moved Shed example. To match the example you may also need to use the drop down menu in the Product Checklist to change the product type to External. |
